At The RuthAngel Mindset Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services and digital resources designed to empower, support, and guide your personal development journey. Due to the nature of our services and products, we maintain a strict refund policy, outlined below.
1. Coaching Services (1:1 and Group Coaching)
All coaching services—whether individual or group sessions—are delivered with care and intention. Because of the time and preparation involved:
No refunds are issued for completed or delivered coaching sessions.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions that are not rescheduled within that window or are marked as no-shows are forfeited and not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
2. Digital Products and Self-Paced Programs
Our digital resources—including workbooks, downloadable tools, and self-paced coaching programs—are delivered electronically upon purchase.
No refunds will be issued once digital content has been accessed or delivered.
Please ensure you have reviewed the product description thoroughly before purchase. If you have questions, reach out to us prior to checking out.
3. CareSolution Video Guidance
CareSolution is a personalized, custom-recorded video response created specifically for the individual and situation submitted.
Once a submission has been received and your video is in progress or completed, the service is non-refundable.
If you submitted the wrong form or made an error in your request, please contact us within 2 hours of submission for correction.
4. Membership Services
Membership subscriptions may provide access to exclusive content, group coaching sessions, and community resources.
All membership purchases are final. No refunds are issued once access has been granted.
Cancellations will stop future billing but do not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
Members are responsible for managing their own subscriptions through the platform used for signup. If you need assistance, please contact us directly.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected issues may arise. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you may contact us in writing with a detailed explanation.
Refunds or accommodations are granted solely at our discretion and are considered on a case-by-case basis.
