By accessing our website, enrolling in our programs, or using any of our coaching services or digital products, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms of Use govern your relationship with us and your use of our services, and we ask that you read them carefully. These services are designed for personal development and informational use only. They are not substitutes for professional mental health, medical, or legal services.

Session Policies and Rescheduling

For clients using 1:1 coaching:

• Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

• Any sessions that are not rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, or that result in a no-show, will be forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or make-up.

Payments and Refund Policy

All purchases must be paid in full at the time of checkout unless otherwise stated in a formal written agreement.

Due to the nature of our coaching services and digital products:

• No refunds are provided once services or digital content have been accessed or delivered.

• Exceptions will only be made where required by applicable law or explicitly offered in writing.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us via our website's contact form. Cancellation of your membership will take effect immediately, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of your membership.

Additionally, if any discounts or promotional offers were applied to the original purchase, the refunded amount will be adjusted accordingly.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership and access to our coaching services and membership site if you violate these Terms or fail to make timely payments.

Membership Account

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation, your access to the membership site and digital products will terminate immediately. The user will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fees already paid.

User Generated Content
